Amidst the foothills of Mount Yufu and Mount Tsurumi, enjoy carefully-selected Bungo Beef and free-range chicken cooked with Binchotan charcoal. This is the real deal.
Our shop specializes in char-grilled free-range chicken, Bungo beef, and wild board. The free-range chicken platter comes with chicken, seared chicken, and a vinegared dishes. Also included is a porridge broth, boiled barley and rice, miso cooked in a leaf, and chicken seasoned with natural salt for enhanced flavor. The Bungo beef platter comes with beef, venison, porridge broth, a vinegared dish, boiled barley and rice, and other delicacies. All guests are treated to a complimentary buckwheat gruel. We look forward to your visit!
